If the whole project crashes, I can atleast post a good tutorial on it, and maybe that'd be something really worth my time. But I'm the typical man, if I'm not working on a project I go nuts. I was sitting on a complete kit, along with about 6 or 7 partial kits. On a lighter note, I wish this had come up a year or so ago.
This is to insure that you are not building an unregistered machine gun. Just remember, to comply with BATF regulations, you must use a tube with a smaller inner diameter than the one the Sten originally used, which also requires the bolt to be turned down. Demilling from a parts kit is probably what I'm looking most forward to, constructive deconstruction. I'm going to buy the parts kit and maybe the receiver tube, and hold off on the 2nd half. It actually sounds like fun, but I don't have the funds to contribute this go around. I haven't seen any buzz for that on this forum, so I thought I'd throw it out there.

This tube has the magazine port located so that the magazine will be in the vertical position which is similar to the MP This is made from high quality American DOM tubing and designed to work with our MK3 vertical bolt conversion kit. This closed bolt system works extremely well and eliminates the problems of kits offered by other companies. This tube is vented one which means that it has a 52 hole pattern drilled around the barrel shroud. This tube is original which means that it has the full length sight rail. This design has been classified by the ATF as a firearm and not a machinegun. You will need a dremmel tool or milling machine and a welder to assemble. The back of the tube is bored out to accept the original spring cup and retaining ring. The front of the tube is bored out to accept the original front barrel bushing. When finished, this tube will not accept a fully automatic bolt. This is made from high quality American DOM tubing and designed to work with our conversion kit.
